Job Summary
Financial Analyst in Non Alc, based in Milwaukee, responsible for specialized tax support and process-improvement initiatives within the RTR Accounting team. Focused on ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations, supporting tax reporting and analysis, and driving efficiencies through migration and transformation efforts. Collaborates with customers and business partners to gather data, applies tax accounting principles, and delivers timely, accurate financial and tax information while contributing to strategic decision-making. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent 4+ years of experience), solid GAAP/internal controls knowledge (CPA/CMA preferred), strong Excel and SAP/BOBJ/PowerBI experience, and a proven ability to work on cross-functional process improvements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in Tax Accounting
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP, BOBJ, PowerBI)
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
