Job Summary
Financial Analyst on the FP&A team responsible for supporting planning/forecasting, calculating commissions and sales bonuses, and delivering monthly leadership/deck packages. Analyzes financial statements, operational metrics, and variances; performs data organization across Oracle EPBS/Hyperion, NetSuite, and Tableau; builds investment calculations (ROI, NPV, IRR) and sensitivity models; partners with leaders for decision support; conducts ad-hoc analyses and drives process improvements; ensures HIPAA, confidentiality, and cybersecurity controls are maintained; seeks ongoing education to stay current in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1+ years related experience
