Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training
- 3+ years of experience in Physician Organization or Health Plan finance
- Extensive experience with accounting close procedures
- Strong understanding of finance concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Definitive understanding of provider and health plan contracting
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Excel (VBA’s, macros, Pivot tables, vlookup, hlookup)
- Knowledge of Crystal/SQL, Mas200, EZ-Cap and Power BI
