Job Summary
The Financial Analyst, FP&A is a finance generalist position partnering across Corporate FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations Finance to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. The role develops financial presentations and analyses for key stakeholders and executive leadership, supports Danaher Business System implementation, Danaher Kaizen initiatives, and integration-related finance activities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of related finance, FP&A, accounting, or analytical experience
- Strong PowerPoint presentation / storytelling abilities
- Understanding of core accounting and finance concepts
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience preparing financial reports, presentations, and business analyses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency
- Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
