Job Summary
Early-in-career Financial Analyst, Marketing role supporting the Marketing Finance team. You will help maintain forecasts and analyze performance across marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives, and translate data into actionable insights for Marketing stakeholders. Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional partners, developing skills to navigate ambiguity and grow into a strategic finance partner. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, budgeting variance analyses, and partnering with a fast-paced Marketing organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to build strong business fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting or Marketing Strategy
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision making
- Strong sense of accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to learning, improving, and driving work forward
