Job Summary
The Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes will be responsible for providing quote and marketing support for groups up to 50 lives, coordinating with Account Executives, and handling communications with brokers. Key responsibilities include organizing client information for insurance carrier presentation, preparing reports and proposals, ensuring timely quoting from insurance carriers, and updating the database accurately. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the group benefits industry and exceptional problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry
- 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
