Job Summary
Lead a team of two as Financial Analyst Manager in Supply Chain. Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track KPIs, and identify trends and opportunities. Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making. Build and improve mechanisms that enable efficient operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts. Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, procurement, store operations, customer experience) to gather data and insights for analysis. Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization. Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management. Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Lead a team of two and support their development. Office-based role at Safelite Home Office in Columbus, OH, with in-office expectation of at least 4 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years relevant experience
- Experience in financial planning & analysis
- Background in supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
