Financial Analyst - Management Reporting

Job Summary
Deliver monthly management reports and in-depth variance analysis to drive business insights. Create dashboards and KPI packs that clearly showcase performance while collaborating with finance and business teams to ensure data accuracy. Lead process improvements to streamline and automate reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis requests using Excel, Anaplan, or similar tools. Partner across teams to align on financial data and business drivers, maintaining forecasting and planning tools. This fast-paced role requires a confident self-starter who thrives independently, supported by a hybrid working arrangement including a mandatory Makati office visit twice monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA qualification or working towards it
- 3 to 5 years' experience in finance analysis, reporting, or commercial finance
- Strong financial know-how, especially with variance and trend analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with tools like Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a mindset focused on improving processes
- A clear communicator with excellent English — able to turn numbers into meaningful insights
- Comfortable working closely with international teams
- Someone who works well independently and thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Requirement to work from our Makati office at least twice a month
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Anaplan, Power BI, or similar tools is a bonus
