Financial Analyst

FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. Role emphasizes analytics with executive-ready storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, forecasting rigor, and the implementation/management of Workday Adaptive Planning and financial dashboards. Key responsibilities include developing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, long-range plans, collaborating to gather inputs and drivers, analyzing performance vs budget/forecast, building financial models and dashboards (Power BI), supporting ROI-focused management budgets, identifying process improvements, and delivering insights to senior leadership to drive action.
