Job Summary
Financial Analyst to analyze financial and operational data, provide actionable insights supporting plant performance and decision-making; perform journal entries, SAP reporting, and support month-end and year-end close; monitor intercompany transactions, tooling P&L tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations; oversee petty cash and purchasing card activity; support budgeting, forecasting, government reporting, and audits; develop reports, dashboards, and presentations (SAP, BI, PowerBI) for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; partner cross-functionally across sites to provide financial analysis and support continuous improvement and mentoring of junior analysts/interns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong understanding of P&L, cost accounting, and financial analysis principles
- Experience with SAP and financial reporting tools (e.g., Business Intelligence, PowerBI; Hyperion preferred for senior-level candidates)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, communicate financial insights, and influence decision-making
