Financial Analyst

Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will prepare and analyze monthly financial results, perform variance analyses to identify key trends, and develop visualizations (charts, dashboards, presentations) that clearly communicate financial performance and recommendations. You will design, build, and optimize automated, scalable reporting processes in Excel and related systems; partner with senior leadership to support forecasting and budgeting cycles; deliver regular financial reporting with interpretation of results, risks, and opportunities; support M&A initiatives with financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and related exhibits; build strong consultative relationships with cost center owners and cross-functional partners to understand drivers and influence outcomes; ensure data integrity and internal controls, and identify opportunities for process improvements and deeper analysis to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with data query/data management tools.
