Financial Analyst - IT Investment Management / CPIC Support

Job Summary
Prepare and submit IT capital investment information per OMB/OCIO standards, including data calls, budget submissions, and acquisition documentation. Maintain investment portfolios and quarterly reporting metrics while managing up to 100 Acquisition Approval Requests within a 15-day processing standard. Develop quad charts and presentations for governance boards and support risk registry maintenance. This role supports the CEC IT Investment Management Program and requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of federal IT investment experience. Full-time position with 401(k), dental, and health insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years in financial analysis, budget formulation, or federal IT investment management
- Working knowledge of Clinger-Cohen Act
- Working knowledge of OMB Circulars A-11/A-130
- Working knowledge of FITARA
- Hands-on CPIC experience
- Hands-on PortfolioStat/IDC experience
- Hands-on investment scoring experience
- Experience with AgMax
- Experience with 1OCIO
- Experience with comparable federal investment/financial systems
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent deliverables
- Min 1+ Years in federal government project
