Job Summary
Perform financial postings, reconciliations, and journal entries in SAP and PeopleSoft ERP systems. Reconcile high-volume transaction data for airline tickets and meetings, manage virtual credit card flows, and prepare cost breakdowns for global travel programs. Resolve data discrepancies proactively while supporting ICTS with financial processes for events. Interact with internal stakeholders to answer queries and identify automation opportunities using Power Automate, Copilot, and Excel. Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Requires 3+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience. Full-time role based in the Global Procurement and Travel & Payment Solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in finance / accounting / shared services
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and reconciliation processes

- Concur (Expense & Booking)
- Citibank / American Express platforms
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
