Financial Analyst (Investment Team)

Job Summary
Perform financial and operational analyses to support business decisions, projects, and strategic initiatives. Develop, maintain, and update financial models, forecasts, budgets, and other analytical tools. Analyze property, portfolio, project, and investment performance to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with underwriting, due diligence, market research, and financial evaluations for transactions, projects, and business initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership, stakeholders, and business partners. Partner with internal stakeholders to collect information, validate assumptions, and evaluate business opportunities. Monitor and report on financial and operational performance metrics. Support transactions, projects, and portfolio-related activities as assigned. Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate financial analysis
- Experience analyzing financial and operational data and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Experience developing or working with financial models, forecasts, budgets, or reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and analysis tools
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Must be able to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in business areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, public finance, or related areas with the commercial real estate industry
- Yardi, Argus, Power BI, or similar systems experience
