Financial Analyst III

Job Summary
Financial Analyst III will support FP&A planning, analysis and reporting to drive near- and long-term financial objectives. Responsibilities include building and managing capital project budgets, analyzing transactional and operational data to identify anomalies and recommend accruals/reversals, developing standardized analyses and reports for monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting (MBR, QBR, AOP), building and updating dashboards and BI outputs via data-mining across systems, investigating data issues and collaborating with business partners to improve data quality, conducting ad hoc analyses to generate business insights, evaluating product/service profitability and P&L drivers (including manufacturing and SIOP), translating business inputs into financial assumptions and maintaining forecast models for revenue, launches, pricing, OPEX, and CAPEX, and adopting new tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience in finance or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of financial analysis experience
- Proficient with SAP, ARIBA, Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of business processes and financial controls, ability to identify control weaknesses and recommend mitigations
- Experience building and maintaining forecast models for revenue, operating expenses, CAPEX, and related drivers
- Ability to translate business inputs into financial assumptions and provide decision-support insights
- Experience with budgeting and reporting processes (MBR, QBR, AOP)
