Financial Analyst III - Operations FP&A

Financial Analyst III - Operations FP&A role focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Operations function. You will provide accurate financial information to support Operations, drive capital management and in-services of assets, lead monthly business rhythm to meet milestones, and translate financial results into actionable narratives for leadership. The position emphasizes data mining across complex data sets (Databricks, Redshift, SQL), analysis of variances to budget/forecast, development of pricing models from multiple inputs, and delivering insights to enable proactive financial management. Day-to-day work relies on Microsoft Excel; experience with Planful and Costpoint is required. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form and to collaborate with business leaders to meet financial targets. This on-site role is located in Kent, WA with relocation provided. Knowledge of manufacturing or R&D environments is a plus.
