Job Summary
Lead financial and regulatory reporting for the Commercial Business Unit, performing complex schedules, reconciliations, and variance analysis; ensure data integrity and adherence to GAAP and bank/regulatory disclosures, while mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include preparing bank regulatory and SEC reports, communicating results to management and Board, and contributing to process improvements and risk controls; requires solid analytical skills, strong communication, and advanced PC skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Access).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, operations or financial institutions
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (or 5 years with Associate's degree)
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and regulatory reporting concepts
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; data visualization or data querying skills are a plus
