Job Summary
Financial Analyst II will support month-end close activities, variance analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliations while assisting with inventory reporting and forecasting for U.S. and Canadian operations. The role involves preparing reconciliations for Supply inventory and reserves, supporting inventory costing for Supply stores, maintaining internal controls, partnering with field teams on inventory transactions and adjustments, collaborating with SIOP and field teams to support working capital initiatives, monitoring financial performance, providing ad hoc reporting and project support, supporting store acquisition-related financial elements, and assisting with audit/tax requirements. The role emphasizes building standardized processes and financial tools, and driving efficiencies through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with strong cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to interpret and communicate financial results clearly, including to non-financial audiences
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems, OneStream, Tableau, or Dataiku is a plus
- Cost accounting experience a plus
- P21 experience a plus
