Job Summary
Create and update labor reports for month-end activities, including roster reporting and tracking month-over-month movements. Conduct financial analysis by examining operational data to investigate GL details and build reports using Excel and Dodeca. Perform initialization and recurring checks during forecast cycles to ensure merit, benefits, and allocations function as expected. Contribute to team reporting and automation enhancement projects, serving as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion. Provide ad hoc analytical support during month-end close and forecasting cycles, presenting findings to department leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Solid financial, analytical, and accounting skills
- 1+ years prior experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, inclusive of problem assessment and recommendation
- Planning and organizational awareness
