Financial Analyst II - Manufacturing

Job Summary
Consolidate reports, process month-end journal entries, and manage audit requests for manufacturing locations across North America. Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, and presentations while serving as the primary contact for plant accounting staff. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports to ensure accurate financial recording, identify competitive trends, and perform forecasting and reconciliation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 2-4 years of financial analysis experience, and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and SQL. Based at the Midland, NC Facility, this exempt, salaried role supports core departmental objectives within a global packaging and protective solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills
- Proven ability to build complex financial models
- Must be results and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to work extended hours as dictated by the workload
- Must be a team player
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consolidation and ERP software, such as LV and JDE
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems
- Experience with SQL
