Job Summary
Consolidate reports, month-end journal entries, and audit requests while providing system maintenance for manufacturing locations across North America. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, and presentations for business units, serving as the primary contact for plant accounting staff. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure accurate financial recording, while identifying competitive trends and presenting findings to management. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts, managing multiple assignments and extended hours as dictated by workload. Based in Menasha, WI or Midland, NC, this exempt salaried role supports IPG's global packaging and protective solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills
- Proven ability to build complex financial models
- Must be results and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Ability to work extended hours as dictated by the workload
- Must be a team player
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems
- Experience with SQL
