Job Summary

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities by partnering with division leadership to provide financial insights and decision support. Responsible for analyzing business performance, preparing financial models, and communicating results to leadership while driving process improvements and maintaining strong financial controls. Coordinates budgeting and planning activities with division leadership; analyzes budgets, spending trends, and key drivers to identify risks and opportunities. Serves as a liaison to leadership, presenting budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Develops allocation methodologies and cost drivers; prepares CBAs and financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Performs recurring and ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting; prepares or oversees monthly accruals and expense analyses; ensures expenses are managed per controls and policies. Analyzes business metrics, forecasts, and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations; prepares and communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results; identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; proficiency with Excel and planning/reporting tools; strong communication skills for leadership presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or related experience
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including Excel and planning/reporting applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
