Job Summary
Develop financial and operational models for the Customer Commitments department to forecast consolidated income, balance sheet, and cash flow results. Create management-level presentations communicating financial results and supporting analyses, including KPI dashboards for recurring reviews. Collaborate with Accounting to research actual variances and determine future impacts, ensuring forecasts align across divisions. Provide analytical support to leadership by identifying process automation opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and maintaining strong relationships with operational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial analysis and accounting experience
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- Organization skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced changing environment
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Ability to work with different cultures
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- CPA
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365
- Experience in presenting and discussing financial information with Sr. business and financial Leaders
- Experience working in Customer Commitments finance
- Experience in Hospitality and/or vacation ownership industries
