Job Summary
Partner with Sales leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision making. Own ACV bookings, operating expenses, and headcount planning while delivering insights that optimize business performance. Support the month-end close process by analyzing actuals, investigating variances, and delivering monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis, identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation. Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other teams to solve complex problems and track key operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Finance or FP&A experience
- preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative business partner with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable business insights
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
