Financial Analyst II

Partner with business stakeholders to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making. Execute the month-end expense close process, applying accounting rules to ensure integrity and accuracy of expense reporting. Produce timely financial reporting review packages, including KPI reports, variance analysis presentations, and quarterly product reviews. Update monthly spend forecasts in collaboration with partners, analyzing risks and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations. Contribute to the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning activities while maintaining process documentation and reporting tools. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational decisions. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for business operations within a global team at Avid, a leader in collaborative tools for creators.
