Financial Analyst

Design, implement, and provide products, programs, projects, processes, and policies in support of the Financial Planning and Analysis function. Forecast, analyze, and evaluate financial plans and budgets while developing recommendations to achieve financial objectives. Participate in expense forecasting, actuals processes, quarterly earnings support, and competitor analysis. Prepare forecast results commentary and compile consolidated expense reports for leadership. Analyze trends, research issues, and respond to inquiries from Sales, Programming, and leadership. Contribute to best practices, lead financial variances for forecast and monthly close packages, and act as the point of contact for programming to identify risks and opportunities. Build process improvements that track key operating metrics and interface with business, finance, sales, accounting, and IT partners. Perform deep dives on profitability and revenue trends, and present comprehensive evaluations to appropriate leadership.
