Job Summary
Financial Analyst role at IFF in Hyderabad (India) with a hybrid work model. Track, update, and monitor productivity projects and operational KPIs; benchmark and develop cost analysis, and provide alternatives to reduce P&L costs. Drive projects to reduce costs and improve profitability across the Flavors Division; define processes to support continuous improvement; report operating results and profitability to senior leadership for monthly and quarterly reviews. Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgets; contribute to automating, standardizing, and improving finance activities; maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to implement productivity improvements.},
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Cost Control, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI is a plus
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
