Job Summary
Financial Analyst on the Wealth FP&A team, responsible for creating management reports, developing plans/forecasts, advising on revenue/expense drivers, delivering defendable recommendations, and partnering with BU Finance/Corporate FP&A on cross-functional initiatives. Requires advanced Oracle Financials, IBM TM1, and MS Office proficiency; strong communication/presentation skills; high visibility within the Wealth Finance group; provides financial guidance, validates assumptions, models outcomes, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years financial analysis experience required
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, TM1 and Anaplan is a plus
- Self-starter who can work in a fast paced, quickly changing, and high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and concisely, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment when faced with unstructured situations
- Experience implementing AI initiatives is a plus
