Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive macroeconomic, sector, and comparable company research to identify valuation drivers and transaction risks. Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, multiples, and scenario analysis to support M&A and capital raises. Assist in financial, commercial, and operational due diligence while analyzing historical performance and cash flows. Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, teasers, and internal committee presentations for client-facing engagement. Collaborate with deal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution. Deliver accurate models, research reports, and professional presentations while ensuring strict adherence to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics
- Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, advisory, private equity, or related fields
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation capabilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
