Financial Analyst

Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial and regulatory reports while supporting audits and the financial close process. Monitor budgets, manage investment and fixed asset accounting, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience, along with one to three years in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, or related functions. Candidates must possess strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), and have the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of SQL is preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
