Job Summary
Build relationships and provide excellent customer service to the business unit while completing month-end and quarter-end close processes, including analyzing results, preparing journal entries, and detailed balance sheet reconciliations. Track and analyze deferred maintenance, hardware, software, and professional services revenue streams, and assist with maintaining an accurate forecast. Prepare audit requests and respond to queries during quarterly reviews and year-end audits. Lead or assist with special ad hoc projects impacting various stakeholders within the organization. This role supports the Healthcare Group division at Harris Finance, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., offering a collaborative culture with flexible work options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Desired Qualifications
- Professional financial designation (or in pursuit of)
- Familiarity with IFRS reporting framework and project accounting and/or software revenue recognition
- Positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning
- Dynamic personality with the ability to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders
