Financial Analyst (GTM/Commercial)

Job Summary
Build operational budgets, run forecasts, and prepare monthly variance analysis reports for the Global GTM business. Own commission plan design, manage accruals and payments, and ensure audit trails hold up across six cross-functional teams. Create expense forecasting processes, present results to leadership, and support strategic decision-making while monitoring competitive landscape metrics. Flag problems in calculations before they become audit findings and optimize GTM operational processes. Work in a fast-paced environment using EPM, ERP, and BI tools to keep commission plans accurate and partners aligned.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
- Experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields
- Degree in the field of commerce, finance, or accounting
- Experience with EPM (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan) and ERP (e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) systems
- Experience with Enterprise CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
- Organized and meets all deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Effective communication across the organization and multiple geographic regions
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Strong emotional intelligence

- Location: Fully remote within the continental United States

- Experience as a commissions administrator
