Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions. Participate in client meetings to define analysis objectives, collaborate on data gathering, and build financial models for forecasting and capital planning. Perform loan-level and portfolio-level analysis to prepare reports, dashboards, and deliverables, while tracking key performance indicators and contributing to budgeting and long-term planning. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Communicate financial concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and identify opportunities for process improvements. This fully remote role within Invictus Analytics, a subsidiary of Great American Insurance Group, supports community banks in unlocking capital and preparing for emerging risks.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Generally, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
