Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, absorption costing)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
