Financial Analyst

Act as the primary liaison between Roche Kazakhstan and the Shared Services Centre in Budapest for all accounting-related matters, monitoring journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications. Validate financial reports to ensure alignment with local and corporate standards while coordinating with external tax advisors for filings and audits. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by resolving discrepancies and collaborating with internal and external auditors. Work closely with product teams to build financial models for pricing scenarios and new launch planning, delivering actionable insights on revenue, cost structure, and profitability. Guide internal stakeholders on purchasing procedures, vendor onboarding, and contract compliance, while monitoring procurement KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities. Serve as a cross-functional facilitator to streamline finance and procurement processes and promote compliance with internal controls. Fluency in English and Russian required; degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant certifications.
