Job Summary
Hybrid Financial Analyst (FP&A) role focused on leading month-end close, preparing financial statements and management reports, and partnering with department leaders on budgeting and forecasting. Key responsibilities include variance analysis, monitoring cash flow and trends, supporting audits and compliance, analyzing cost drivers, maintaining financial data and reporting systems (D365), preparing journal entries and reconciliations, building financial models, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2-5 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience, strong financial reporting skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Dynamics 365. The position offers a hybrid work environment with both in-office and remote flexibility in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong experience with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Solid understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
