Job Summary
Prepare, consolidate, and deliver monthly management reporting including P&L, cash flow, margin performance, and key operational KPIs. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly standard reporting to enhance business performance visibility while ensuring data accuracy across sources. Streamline consolidation activities to reduce cycle time and partner in developing monthly, quarterly, and Board-level presentations with standardized templates. Support end-to-end annual operating plan and forecasting processes, including template design, timeline management, and coordination across business units. Develop ad hoc analyses to support leadership requests and strategic initiatives, providing insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas
- Ability to synthesize large and complex data sets to build dynamic reporting templates and financial models
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with ERP and EPM Solutions a plus; SAP, OneStream, etc.
