Job Summary
Hybrid Financial Analyst, FP&A based in Chicago. Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, support long-range plans, and assist in maintaining the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting platform. Deliver management reporting and translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Build and improve budgeting/forecasting processes, develop user training materials, and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Technology to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency. Strong Excel modeling skills, ability to communicate analyses to stakeholders, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related analytical role (internship considered for strong candidates)
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to communicate financial analysis and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
