Job Summary
Prepare monthly KPIs, quarterly scorecards, and ad hoc reports while assisting with annual five-year business plans and quarterly reforecasts. Maintain monthly corporate cash forecasts and property-level cash flow models, and prepare quarterly valuations for the annual appraisal process. Gather data across the platform to produce forward-looking financial statements and operating metrics for senior management and the Board. Manage research for competitor analysis, market stats, and regional benchmarks, and act as a liaison between corporate and regional offices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate, with 0–1 years of experience. Reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate
- 0 – 1 year of prior work experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to convey analyses and deliverables to senior management
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Financial modeling experience
- Experience performing financial analysis in finance or real estate
- VBA experience
