Job Summary
Entry-level FP&A Financial Analyst will support business planning, reforecasting, valuations, and internal reporting processes. The role involves gathering information from across the platform to produce forward-looking financial statements and operating metrics for senior management and Board members. Major responsibilities include reporting monthly KPIs, preparing quarterly scorecards, ad hoc reports, assisting with the annual five-year Business Plan and quarterly reforecast, preparing quarterly valuations, maintaining monthly corporate cash forecasts, performing competitor and market analysis, and acting as a liaison between corporate and regional offices. Proficiency in Excel (with VBA a plus) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate required
- 0 – 1 year of prior work experience
- Financial modeling experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- VBA experience a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
