Job Summary
Consolidate monthly forecasting activities for the Civil Business Unit and analyze trends in revenue, operational performance, and investments. Monitor key performance indicators to highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance, while supporting the annual budgeting exercise and developing financial modeling tools. Prepare executive presentations on revenue and cost analysis, and provide strategic consulting to senior management for optimal business decision-making. Deliver accurate, timely financial recommendations through ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis of complex financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar role within a large multi-national organization
- Strong business partnering skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation or in progress
- Ability to think creatively, driven and self-motivated
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual French-English
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on support capacity
