Job Summary
Conduct market research on macroeconomic trends and industries while building financial models and valuation analyses. Assist in due diligence by organizing data rooms, reviewing financial statements, and summarizing key findings. Prepare pitch books, investment memorandums, and internal presentations with accurate charts and tables. Perform data checks to ensure analytical accuracy across all models and reports. Collaborate with senior analysts on live mandates and participate in internal transaction meetings. Deliver well-structured research summaries and formatted client presentations. This developmental role offers hands-on learning across the full transaction lifecycle under senior guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical curiosity, structured thinking, and a high attention to detail
- Excellent organization, time management, and clear written/verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive mindset toward learning and continuous development
