Job Summary
Financial Analyst in the Firmwide Finance Department responsible for preparing and posting monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries; reviewing cost allocations; producing monthly financial performance packages with insights and commentary; supporting three-year plans, budgets, and forecasts; analyzing results and explaining variances; reconciling sub-ledger and general ledger balances; preparing tax filings, and delivering ad hoc reports. Requires strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/ASPE), experience with financial analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to leverage AI/automation tools to improve reporting; collaboration across teams; and a hybrid work arrangement within Canada.
