Job Summary
Entry-level Financial Analyst supporting production cost analysis, variance reporting, budgeting, and dashboards. Collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to understand cost drivers and improve performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (or related field) and 0-2 years of experience; Excel proficiency and basic financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and inventory concepts is a plus. Focuses on analyzing production costs (labor, materials, overhead), monitoring WIP, supporting month-end close, and delivering data-driven insights to leaders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience; internship or co-op experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic financial modeling skills
- Experience with inventory accounting concepts preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams
