Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for FP&A modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven insights across the company. Will gather, clean, and analyze data to build scalable reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks; perform variance analysis, evaluate revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, margins), and partner with Sales/Marketing/Product to drive ROI. Will oversee accounts payable processes, support cross-functional finance operations, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize resource allocation and performance. Must excel in Excel, with knowledge of Python/SQL/Power Query/VBA; able to handle large datasets and communicate complex analyses clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economy, or accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Proficiency and experience in Excel required
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power Query, and VBA are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets, conduct quantitative analysis, and build dashboards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively
- Motivated by challenges and adaptable to change
