Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst at JLL supports core business analysis and client-facing reporting for a commercial real estate account. responsibilities include generating monthly/quarterly financial reports with visuals for clients and internal stakeholders; conducting variance analysis (Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual); assisting in annual budget planning; researching budget adjustments within the Coupa procurement platform; monitoring accounts receivable performance; maintaining data collection systems and ensuring reporting accuracy; preparing ad-hoc analyses and client-requested reports; maintaining knowledge of MSAs and amendments; enhancing reporting frameworks and forecasting processes; supporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data integrity; and contributing to Best in Class reporting standards to strengthen client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years ofRelevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with proven ability to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity in complex financial datasets
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, with ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences including clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
