Job Summary
Conduct analyses of financial and business information to support short- and long-term decisions across all departments. Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, including monthly rolling forecasts, pricing modeling, and headcount/compensation analysis. Assist with planning, budgeting, and forecasting while leveraging automated tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel. Craft custom analyses from scratch based on senior management requests and ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. laws. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 1-2 years of experience. Travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites, including oil well locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 1- 2 years minimum experience
- Experience using a financial reporting system such as SAP, Oracle, MAS
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to sit for extend periods of time; a minimum of 2 hours
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the office
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area
- Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, PC computers, facsimile machine, and photo copier
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives and reassign priorities
- Must be able to tolerate changing priorities, and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to drive an automobile
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of time
