Job Summary
Provide detailed financial consulting and regular analytics reporting to HR and C-suite clients. Gather client information for carrier market analysis and coordinate proposal response deadlines. Present contract and pricing analyses to assist clients in benefits purchasing strategies. Manage workflows, engage in carrier negotiations, and contribute to renewal presentations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of carrier products, cost management solutions, and funding mechanisms. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and a valid Life and Health Insurance Producer License within three months.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or technical degree
- Strong in analytics, mathematics, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as other MS Office products
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized and have the ability to manage a high-volume workload with competing demands
- Ability to travel to all office locations and client sites as needed
- Valid Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
