Job Summary
Financial Analyst (Embedded Banking) supports financial modeling, liquidity/capital management, and reporting for BaaS and stablecoin programs. Responsible for building revenue/cost/unit economics models, dashboards, and KPIs; analyzing partner contracts and pricing; assessing financial implications of new product features and reserve structures; coordinating with product, operations, and compliance to align financial assumptions; monitoring reserve liquidity and safekeeping, and contributing to governance, policies, and regulatory reporting. Requires strong financial modeling, liquidity knowledge, familiarity with BaaS/digital assets, proficiency in Excel with SQL/Python/BI tools, and effective communication in a fast-paced banking/fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, FRM) preferred
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, banking, fintech, or related fields

- Strong financial modeling skills including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
- Familiarity with liquidity management, capital ratios, and bank regulatory frameworks

- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
