Job Summary
Join Element as a Financial Analyst to provide financial insights and drive data-driven decisions in a people-first fleet management team. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and public company FP&A experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant FP&A experience or experience within a Big-4 or top-tier management consulting firm
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced or high growth environment
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and/or OneStream
- Experience with automation technologies and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet workflow, Alteryx, or other BI tools
